New Eagle, Pennsylvania - Accused of cruelty in March 2014 after stabbing a puppy.
Reports state that Watts' 2-year-old daughter was bitten by the puppy after being left unattended with it.
Watts then stabbed the puppy because that's what she was "taught to do."
The estimated-to-be 13-week-old puppy survived and received treatment for five stab wounds and two fractured ribs.
Watts was charged with cruelty to animals, endangering the welfare of a child, and disorderly conduct.
